APsA's mailing list will keep you updated about psycholinguistic happenings on the African continent. In the future we will also host workshops and conferences.

What does it cost?

Membership is free of charge. Send an email with your name, email address and university affiliation to register your membership.

Launched by the Multilingualism and Cognition Laboratory at Stellenbosch University, South Africa, APsA's aim is to bring together researchers on the African continent working on psycholinguistic topics. Sub-fields within the Association’s purview include but are not limited to language acquisition, language comprehension, language production, neuro- and cognitive linguistics, and multilingualism.

The African Psycholinguistics Association (APsA) is a professional organization for researchers and students working on the inter-/multi- disciplinary study of language as it relates to cognition.
